Don'ts

Don't start cooking with underheated radiators.

Don't use one radiator when two are required.

Don't use more water than you want present in the finished product. Don't cook small portions of food in large utensils. Don't have the radiators too far removed from the food. Don't allow draughts to blow on the radiator when it is being heated and then blame the radiator for heating slowly.

Don't be too hasty in blaming the fireless, if it does not produce exactly the results you had expected. Perhaps you may be at fault instead of the fireless. Any fairly intelligent and practical housewife can cook more easily and successfully in a fireless than any other way. T
