Pineapple Tapioca

Four tablespoons of pearl tapioca, one pint of shredded preserved pineapple.

Simmer the tapioca until clear but not entirely dissolved. Stir the pineapple in tapioca. If not sweet enough add sugar.

Serve with clear or whipped cream. very simple and dainty dessert.-Mrs Homer T. Yaryan.
