Mint Sauce

1 bunch mint 1/3 cup boiling water paprika 2 tablespoons sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup vinegar Chop mint fine, add boiling water and sugar; cover closely and let stand 1/2 hour. Just before serving, add the other ingredients and stir well.
