Piquant Sandwiches

1/2 cup butter 6 tablespoons grated cheese (Parmesan) 1 tablespoon prepared mustard 1 tablespoon anchovy paste 1 teaspoon vinegar Cream the butter, add the cheese and mix thoroughly. Mix in all the other ingredients and beat well. Spread on thinly sliced rye bread.
