Vanilla Ice Cream

1 cup XX cream 2/3 cup confectioners' sugar 1 1/2 cups single cream 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla Whip XX cream until light and fluffy. Add sugar and vanilla. Carefully fold into this 1 1/2 cups single cream. Pour into tray and allow to freeze to a mushy consistency.
