Hot Lime Cream

To the beaten white of one egg add two tablespoonfuls of lime juice, and two teaspoonfuls of powdered sugar. Stir well and add hot water and a spoonful of whipped cream. "Drink of this cup--you'll find there's a spell in Its every drop 'gainst the ills of Mortality."
