Horchata, or Orgeat
Horchata is Spanish for orgeat, originally a refreshing barley water which the French changed by making it with almonds, as above. But Spaniards, and Mexicans who have more melons than almonds, substitute cantaloupe, watermelon, cucumber, and pumpkin seeds for the original. So today "down Mejico way" you'll get a great cooler made of any of these seeds or all of them put together.
