Huevos Rancheros

(Eggs Ranch Style) 1/2 DOZEN EGGS 34 POUND BACON I ONION TOMATO SAUCE OR PASTE (I CAN) Cut bacon and onion into small pieces. Fry until crisp. Pour off half the bacon grease. Add beaten eggs to bacon and onions; cook until nearly done, then add tomato paste. Serve with toast.
