South American Rice

I POUND HAMBURGER I CUP CHOPPED ONION I CUP CHOPPED CARROTS 1/4 TEASPOON POULTRY SEASONING I SPRIG DRIED CELERY 2 TEASPOONS SALT PEPPER 1½ CUPS DICED RAW POTATOES Wash rice well and drain. Mix all ingredients together except potatoes. Add 2 cups water or diluted tinned consomme and cook 20 minutes over gentle heat. Then add potatoes, cover tightly, and cook 3/4 hour. This is a dish for Dutch oven.
