Steak Fries

Rocky Mountain peaks stretch up from a thousand campers' paradises, and everybody gets the cooking-outdoors fever thereabouts, especially on Saturday nights when there are all sorts of get togethers in sylvan spots, each participant bringing along his own beefsteak to fry or barbecue, and a tin cup to fill with communal campfire coffee, plus potato or Dutch salad, cookies and cakes for personal use as well as for swapping.
