2 eggs 2 tablespoonfuls cornstarch Little salt Beat yolks of eggs and mix with rice, sugar, and salt.

Mix corn-starch with a little of the milk.

Heat remainder, stir blended corn-starch into it and let boil a few minutes, stirring constantly. Put into double boiler and stir rice mixture into it.
