Alkalies-Soap and milk, chalk, soda, lime-water.

Vegetable Acids-Vinegar, oil in abundance.

Common salt, moderately.

Send for the doctor and his stomach pump.

Oak-bark, strong green tea.

BARYTA OR LIME. Epsom salts, oils, and magnesia.

Whites of eggs, or strong coffee.
