RACAHOUT, Racahout des arabes

originally an Arabian beverage, made from roasted acorn meal, sweetened with sugar and flavored with aromatic herbs. The title is now generally applied to a food prepared from potato flour, tapioca and cocoa flour, flavored usually with vanilla.
