Puff Pudding
10 eggs (beaten separately). 10 tablespoonfuls sifted flour. 1 quart milk. A little salt.
Beat the eggs to a stiff froth. Then put the flour with the yolks, then add the milk and lastly the whites, well beaten. Eat with cold or hot sauce.--Mrs.
