Banana Pineapple Cup

6 slices canned pineapple 2 bananas 1/8 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons powdered sugar 2 tablespoons lemon juice Grating of lemon rind 1/2 egg white, beaten 1/2 cup pineapple juice Arrange pineapple cut in wedges in cup. Mash bananas in bowl, adding salt, sugar, lemon juice and rind, then add unbeaten egg white. Whip with rotary egg beater until light and frothy. Half fill cup and pour chilled pineapple juice over. Serves 6.
