Brussels Sprouts with Grapes

1 quart Brussels sprouts 1 cup green Malaga grapes Soak the sprouts in cold salt water 15 minutes, after removing outer leaves. Drain and cover with boiling water, cook until tender. Pick the grapes from stem, wash, halve and seed them, and add to the sprouts after cooking for 10 minutes. Finish sprouts and grapes together. Drain, season with salt, pepper and butter. Serves 6.

For the Modern Kitchen
