Frozen Fruit Salad No. 2

1 can grapefruit hearts 1 orange (pulp) 1 can pineapple (cut in pieces) 1 cup white cherries or peaches 1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup whipped cream Mix fruits, add mayonnaise and whipped cream. Let stand in electrical refrigerator 3 hours. Serves eight.

For the Modern Kitchen

A frozen salad from the era when a household refrigerator with a freezing compartment was still a novelty worth writing menus around. The method is sound, but the equipment and the mayonnaise have both changed.
