Hungarian Cauliflower

1 head cauliflower 1 cup bread crumbs 1 cup sour cream Salt and pepper Prepare and cook cauliflower in salt water until tender. Cover with bread crumbs, pour sour cream over, season and bake until crumbs are brown. Serves 6.
