Lemon-Cake Pie

1 cup sugar 1 tablespoon butter 2 egg yolks 2 tablespoons flour 1 cup milk juice and grated rind 1 lemon 2 egg whites Mix as for cake. Pour into a rich, uncooked pie crust which has been placed in deep pie tin. Bake in hot 450 degrees oven about 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees moderate oven for 25 minutes. The top will be like sponge cake and the bottom a custard.
