Waffles

2 eggs, separated 2 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons melted butter 2 cups flour 2 cups milk 3 teaspoons baking powder Beat egg yolks and sugar together, add salt, melted butter, milk and flour. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites last of all with the baking powder. Bake on hot waffle irons.
