Cook eggs hard, shell and quarter 'em, lay on a bed of cooked rice and cover with curry sauce made by stirring curry powder into white sauce, or any other sauce-using it like seasoning.

For the Modern Kitchen

A camp cook's shorthand for curried eggs on rice, with the sauce left almost entirely to the cook's judgement. The only real technique here is the sauce, and the only real risk is overcooked eggs.
