Pumpkin Pie

1½ CUPS CANNED PUMPKIN I TABLESPOON FLOUR 1/2 TEASPOON GROUND GINGER 1/4 TEASPOON SALT 1/2 CUP DARK BROWN 2 EGGS, SLIGHTLY SUGAR BEATEN 4 TABLESPOONS HONEY 1/2 CUP EVAPORATED I TEASPOON CINNAMON MILK I 11/2 CUPS MILK Mix all ingredients together adding milk and evaporated milk last. Pour into unbaked pie shell for an open faced pie, and sprinkle with a little cinnamon. Bake 15 minutes at 500°, then 60 minutes (or until pie sets) at 350°.
