I CAN CONDENSED OXTAIL SOUP I CUP WATER 1/2 TEASPOON PAPRIKA SALT 1/2 TEASPOON BURNT ONION JUICE RIND OF I LEMON 1/2 CUP RED WINE CHOPPED WATERCRESS Simmer everything except wine and cress, 5 minutes.

Strain, add wine, reheat only to boiling point, stir in watercress and serve.
