Plain pickled horseradish, catsup, chili sauce, or mustard spread thick on juicy black or rye bread, with or without a cooling lettuce leaf and butter, makes a Stinger Sandwich. Or your choice of the same stingaree spreads, half and half. Beer is the best accompanying cooling agent.
