Tomato Ketchup

1 pk. ripe tomatoes 1 pt. vinegar 1/3 pt. salt 1 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 tbsp. black pepper 1 onion chopped fine 1 tbsp. dry mustard 1 tbsp. Slade's cloves Wash tomatoes and cut out any bad specks. Boil until soft, putting enough water so they will not burn. Then strain through a sieve, and add the rest of the ingredients and boil three hours slowly. Then bottle.
