Save Breaking Nut-Meats

Brazil nuts may be removed from their shells without breaking the nut-meat if they are first placed in a moderate oven until warm. If the shells are then cracked, the nuts will come out whole and the skins can be loosened easily. -Mrs. E. G. U., Ainsworth, Neb.
