Wine Jelly

Soak one-half box of gelatine in one-half cup of cold water and dissolve in three-fourths cup of boiling water; add one cup of sugar, one cup of sherry, catawba or Madeira wine; one-fourth cup orange juice, and three tablespoons of lemon juice. Dip a mold in water, and strain the jelly into it. Chill.
