Monday, First Week of March Printed page 278 · Monday, 7 March 1904
Editor’s note, 2026 The book prints a bill of fare for every day of the year, but this edition can show only part of March and April. The printed pages covering 9 March to 15 April — 110 pages, pp. 283–392 — are missing from the scan set this edition was made from: our copy runs to page 282 and then jumps straight to page 393. Those thirty-eight days are blank here because the leaves were never photographed, not because the book omits them. Filippini printed menus for every one of them, and the numbered recipes from those same pages are all present on this site — only the bills of fare that stood above them are lost to us. If a complete copy of those pages turns up, the gap can be closed. — Ed., 2026
