Peanut Brittle

1 pint Karo, Blue Label 1/4 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup granulated sugar 1/3 teaspoon baking soda 2 cups roasted peanuts Combine the Karo and sugar and boil to 300 degrees F. or until brittle when a little is dropped in cold water. Add the soda to the candy and spread thickly on oiled pans containing a layer of roasted peanuts.
