Excellent Plum Pudding

One pound bread crumbs, one pound sugar, one pound flour, one-half pound suet, two pounds currants, two pounds rasins. one-fourth pound citron, ten eggs, a little salt, one-fourth ounce cloves, one-half ounce mace, one-fourth ounce cinnamon, a wine glass of brandy or wine; soak the bread crumbs in enough sweet milk to cover, steam from three to four hours. Wine sauce.
