Rusk

Two teacupfuls of raised bread dough, one tea-cup of sugar, one-half a cup of butter, two well beaten eggs, and flour enough to make a stiff dough; set it to rise and when light, mould into high biscuits and let it rise again. Sift sugar over the top, and (cinnamon if liked) and bake.
