Mustard and Cress for Breakfast
The cress is an exceedingly wholesome herb, which from its pungent quality promotes and assists digestion. It is generally served in the centre of a dish, surrounded with white and red radishes. We would recommend, for weak digestions, the cress without the accompaniment. Put a small salt-cellar in the centre of a plate, and serve the cress around it.
