Raspberry Pudding, Rich

Beat a quarter of a pound of butter to a cream, add a spoonful of sugar, three table-spoonfuls of cream, the beaten yolks of four eggs, and a table-spoonful of raspberry jam. Line a shallow pie-dish with puff-paste. Pour in the mixture, and bake in a well-heated oven till the pastry is done enough. Probable cost, 1s. 3d. Sufficient for three or four persons.
