Roquefort cheese Olive oil Vinegar Salt and paprika Tomato catsup Walnut catsup Blend enough olive oil with cheese to make a paste.
Add vinegar to taste and tomato catsup and walnut catsup, salt and paprika.
Serve very cold over hearts of lettuce.
