Fruit Whip

Beat one quarter cup of confectioners' sugar into the white of an egg, gradually, until the mixture is stiff enough to stand up, and add one and a half cups of crushed fruit, either fresh or canned.

If canned fruit is used strain out most of the juice. Put in glass dish and place on the ice to chill.
