3 hard boiled egg yolks 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon powdered sugar 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon mustard 2 tablespoons vinegar 2 cups cream Whip the cream until thick; rub the egg yolks to a smooth paste, add the mixed seasonings, combine with the whipped cream and beat until smooth.
