2 cups powdered sugar 1 egg white (do not beat) 2 squares melted chocolate 2 teaspoons cream to moisten Beat egg white with sugar, add chocolate and cream and then spread on cookies while warm.

This is an uncooked frosting: the egg white is stirred into sugar and chocolate and spread straight onto cookies, with no cooking step at any point. The notes below explain the terms and why the method is no longer used.
