Peanut Fudge

3 cups brown sugar 1 cup milk 2 tablespoons peanut butter Boil sugar and milk until a soft ball can be formed in cold water. Take from the fire, add the peanut butter and beat until creamy. Pour into a buttered pan and mark in squares, when cool.

For the Modern Kitchen

A three-ingredient fudge that relies entirely on hitting the right sugar concentration, since there is no chocolate or corn syrup to hide behind.
