INGREDI- ENTS.-Green peas; to each gallon of water allow 1 small teaspoonful of moist sugar, 1 heaped tablespoonful of salt.
AVERAGE COST, from 8d. to 1s. per peck.
PEASE PUDDING. pan, and, when the peas are nicely thickened, dress them high in the dish, and serve.
TIME.-Altogether, hour.
