Wine Jelly
1 pint cold water. 1 box gelatin. 1 pint boiling water. 1 1/2 cups sugar. 1 egg white slightly beaten. 2 lemons. 1 stick cinnamon. 1 1/2 cups sherry wine. Make as lemon jelly; when cool add fruit and wine.
