Chocolate Souffle

1 cup scalded milk 3 tablespoons flour 2 ounces grated chocolate 1 tablespoon fat 1/3 cup sugar 3 eggs Make a sauce of the milk, flour, chocolate, fat and sugar. Stir in the egg yolks, and fold in the beaten egg-whites. Proceed as in Prune Souffle.
