1/2 POUND BOLONEY (BOLOGNA), CHOPPED 6 EGGS, BADLY BEATEN 2 TABLESPOONS MILK I TABLESPOON PRE- PARED MUSTARD Mix boloney, eggs and milk, scramble in skillet and add mustard just before taking from the fire.

For the Modern Kitchen

A camp skillet dish of chopped bologna folded into scrambled eggs, with mustard stirred in off the heat. It takes about ten minutes and needs almost no equipment.
