Save on the Plumber's Bill

When the drain-pipe of the sink or bowl threatens to become clogged, attach the garden hose to the nearest faucet, remove the drain-plate and insert the nozzle into the drain, packing cloths firmly around it. Then hold the hose in place while the water is turned on. Any ordinary obstruction can be removed in this way.-Mrs. C. L. H., Sigourney, Iowa.
