ITH a good fritter batter many excellent entrées, as well as desserts are possible, which, if properly fried and W drained may be entirely free from grease. They may be varied almost infinitely by sauces and offer limitless methods of change in shape and ornamentation. All fresh fruits and canned fruits drained from their syrup may be dipped in batter and used for fritters.
