BEVERAGES (It is always well to measure)

It is always well to measure coffee and tea when preparing them for the table, so there shall be no left-overs. But there are occasions when a remainder is unavoidable. In those cases do not allow the liquid to stand on the grounds, but pour it off as soon as the meal is over. As for grapejuice, it spoils very quickly after a bottle is opened, so it should be used promptly.
