Coffee

Coffee should be purchased for family use in small quantities, freshly roasted and finely ground. Better color and flavor is secured when finelyground coffee is used. Many kitchens are equipped with a coffee mill. This makes it possible to grind the coffee as needed. Ground coffee should be kept in air-tight tins, because it loses its aroma and flavor quickly. 1 cup finely-ground coffee
