Beaten Strawberries

Wash, hull and mash slightly two cupfuls of strawberries. Beat the whites of two eggs stiff, add two heaping tablespoonfuls of powdered sugar and the berries, and beat until very thick and stiff. Serve with angel food or delicate white cake.
