Rennet Pudding

Heat one quart fresh milk, sweeten it, then take it from the range and add three tablespoonfuls of liquid rennet, stir it well once, then place it on or near the ice to harden; serve with whipped cream, sweetened and flavored with vanilla. This is an inexpensive dessert and very nice; whipped cream sweetened is an improvement to this pudding although not necessary.
