Lemon Pie

Juice of 2 lemons 2 cups sugar Yolks of 3 eggs 4 tablespoons Five Roses flour Piece of butter Stir all together with a little cold water. Add 3 cups boiling water and bring to a boil. Remove from stove and put in baked crusts. This will make 2 pies.

Beat the whites of the eggs to a stiff froth. Add sugar and spread on top of pies. 3 eggs
