Lemon Pudding

Slice one lemon and cook it five minutes in two cups of water. Take 2 tbsp. of cornstarch and wet it with a little cold water, and then stir it into the lemon water; then put yolks of two eggs in and 1 cup of sugar, beat the whites of eggs stiff and fold them in.
